This brand grew from KK’s desire to create something meaningful from his journey, and build something his son and daughter can be proud of.

My name is K’Vaunte, but my family calls me KK. I’m a father of two, a former college athlete, and the person behind C.A.P Dreamz.
C.A.P stands for Capturing All Possible Dreamz. For me, those words are personal.
In ninth grade, I was diagnosed with a learning disability that made school challenging. I kept working toward my goals and earned the opportunity to pursue my dream as a Division III athlete. Then, during my second college game, I broke my left ankle. The future I had pictured suddenly looked different.
My journey also includes addiction and incarceration. Those are difficult parts of my story, and I’m still working through what comes next. I know rebuilding takes accountability, support, and consistent effort.
C.A.P Dreamz grew from my desire to create something meaningful from that journey. It represents the dreams I still have, the work ahead of me, and my hope of building something my son and daughter can be proud of.
The broken chain in our logo represents breaking free from what holds us back. The wing represents the courage to rise and move forward. Together, they express what I want this brand to stand for: the possibility of growth, even after painful setbacks.
Through my apparel, I want to encourage people to keep pursuing what matters to them. A different path can still lead somewhere worth going.
I’m still learning. I’m still growing. And I’m putting work behind my dreams.
