Refund & Return Policy

At EVCreationz, every item is carefully crafted and inspected before it leaves our hands. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, we will make it right! Please contact us at the time of delivery with a photo of the item received. We will cover the shipping cost and send you the correct item at no additional charge.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately upon delivery with a photo of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

How to Contact Us To report a wrong or damaged item, please contact us as soon as your order is delivered. Claims submitted after the delivery date may not be honored.
